OUR HISTORY
Established in 2021, Zimbabwe Works seeks to bridge the gap for young Zimbabweans and drive positive change in helping youth transition from lack of equal access to opportunities to having a chance to become successful citizens realising their dreams of earning a meaningful livelihood and contributing impactfully towards the economy of Zimbabwe. The organisation believes in healthy, educated, fruitful young people who have the right skill set to drive their own futures in their career paths as entrepreneurs or in formal employment.

Sindisiwe’s special focus has been in Public Health (HIV/TB/Mental Health), Livelihoods (household Economic Strengthening), Violence Prevention, Research and Child Protection.

District Field Officer Harare & MazoweShe received a BA in History honors degree from Midlands State University (2015) and later acquired her Post Graduate Diploma in Education from Zimbabwe Open University (2021). She is a lady who is committed and keep abreast of new developments in her profession and actively seeks to develop oneself personally and professionally. She has passion and experience in working with vulnerable groups in the community to improve their quality of life. She facilitates community-based trainings and monitors progress under economic strengthening (stable) domain.

District Field Officer BulawayoCleo is the Bulawayo District Field Officer for Zimbabwe works, and born Entrepreneur. Working with communities especially the youth has kept her going as she has zeal to improve livelihoods of the future Leaders. Cleo holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management and a Master of Science in Marketing. With high energy and motivational leadership style, Cleo has made the youth discover more talents and skills that instill resilience in their different communities and yet to create most significant change stories in their livelihoods.

Administration OfficerRudo is a young lady with passion and drive for assisting vulnerable children and lending a hand to those in need. Her experience in the industry entails involvement in programmes relating to human rights education and promotion, youth empowerment as well as those relating to access to documentation in Zimbabwe. She is also the holder of Bachelors in Social Science in Development Studies Honours Degree.
